New Class

A divine new wellness hub has opened up in the picturesque town of Caerleon and I can’t wait to join the wonderful team to deliver a new class. From Infra red saunas to plunge pools, pressotherapy and a true food cafe, Pura Vida Hub is the perfect place to unwind and transform.

Join me on Fridays at 9:30AM for mum and baby yoga.

My Story

My Yoga Journey

Whilst growing up I dabbled in the practice of yoga and always had an interest in the philosophy but struggled to keep it up along with the demands of a busy life and career. As a singer and performer, yoga was a huge part of my formal training in New York, with the main focus being on breath and the movement of energy rather than the poses. It wasnโ€™t until I stopped practicing yoga and began travelling the world, working on Cruise ships, did I realise the benefits it had always provided for my body, mind and soul. Finding myself feeling overworked, overwhelmed and completely out of balance, I ventured back to incorporating a small yoga practice into my daily routine. It was then that I was awakened to its true magic..
